RESIDENTIAL
30 YEARS EXPERIENCE
CARRYING OUT SURVEYS OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY – FROM 1 BED APARTMENTS TO £100 MILLION PRESTIGE DEVELOPMENTS
Ajenda TDD Ltd provides building survey advice to purchasers and, in some cases, their lenders to ensure they are made fully aware of the quality, condition and any associated liabilities prior to entering a legal commitment to acquire residential property. We carry out surveys of all types of residential property, regardless of size and value, and with the benefit of extensive experience across the sector. Some images of recent properties we have surveyed are shown below.
There are three levels of survey advice that can be provided;
The full Building Survey inspection (Level 3) is more extensive and offers more wide ranging advice which is always recommended for older and more complex or expensive properties. The other reports are progressively more limited and general in certain aspects of the inspection and report but would be more appropriate to more basic or newer properties, that appear to be generally in good order.
The RICS website contains further information, including their information sheet, which explains the differences between their different report types. Go to www.rics.org/homesurveys. Otherwise, we would be happy to discuss the options available to prospective Clients that may need further guidance.
