After completing an online surveyors form to identify the best surveyors in my area, John replied very promptly and was helpful in supporting me to establish which level of survey was most appropriate for the property I was purchasing. He had upcoming availability and organised the survey directly with the estate agents, there was no involvement needed from us, it was brilliant. We received a detailed summary on the same day as the survey, to give us early insights to any potential issues found at the property and it was really great to have this quick feedback from John.
